I have been making these perfect little cardigans for years, and the first thing i will say is how well they hold up. They wash beautifully, you can even throw them in the dryer. The colors hold year and after year.
This is Organic Tanguis Cotton thread, and they are knit in Peru. The buttons are horn. If you are wondering about sizing, Lisa is a size XS, and she is wearing the cream in XS, and the black in Small.

Small : 4 - 8
Medium: 8 - 12
X Large : 16 - 20 FYI The Large is Very roomy in the Arms, but it hits at the waist.
